• Fixed bug when email notification was not sent after publishing just one shift

    Email notification only got sent to staff if the admin made all draft entries active at the same time. If the admin made an individual staff member shift active via the calendar entry it did not send the notification email out.

  • Remove location label if just one location is configured

    If you have one location and really do not need the function to display the location or position label in the staff scheduling calendar then it defaults to the only location. It makes adding shifts faster and takes up less space on the staff calendar view.

  • Shift notes view in the calendar

    The notes are a really important feature as it allows you to give details about the shift / event etc. Before this update the notes were hidden away under a menu Edit > Notes that was not obvious. Now the system displays the notes icon in the staff shifts calendar view, and shows the notes text in a tooltip.

  • Archived users do not appear in the dropdown list when creating or editing shifts

    Before this update, when you archived a member of staff, that member of staff was still displayed when you were creating a new shift or editing an existing one. Obviously, this was not the way it should be. Now the archived staff members are not displayed when adding a new shift.
