Manager Date Range Add-On

This add-on plugin lets you define the date range when your calendar managers can view and edit shifts in their calendars.

By default, all managers of a calendar can freely edit shifts for any date in the calendar that they can manage, just like the full administrators. With this plugin, you can define a date range when the managers are allowed to do this. For example, you can let managers of the calendar create and edit shifts up to the end of next week only.

This add-on plugin won't affect the administrators.

Installation

• Download the latest version.
• In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin.
• Choose the file you downloaded in step #1, click Install Now, then click Activate Plugin.

After Installation

This add-on will add a new menu ShiftController Administration, Manager Date Range.

Clicking on that new menu item, you will get to the manager date range configuration form.

In this example you allow the calendar managers to view shifts from the beginning of the previous month to the end of the next month. Editing is allowed for shifts within the current month only.
